Property Preservation: Inspection Associates Inc. has employees that have worked for several companies performing Property Preservation services. The properties were either owned by Housing and Urban Development or Bank owned. IAI can help you with managing your properties as a Field Service Manager. Lead Based Paint Inspections (LBP); Risk Assessments; Stabilization Reports; Clearances, Soil and Water;We are the #1 Consultant in Nebraska in this field and we've performed hundreds of Lead Paint Inspections. We find lead-based paint and give you a plan to Eliminate Paint Hazards in your home or workplace our Certified Inspectors conduct Lead-Based Paint Clearances after abatement, remediation, or renovation.
Asbestos Inspections; Clearances: We have Asbestos Licensed Inspectors to our list of environmental services. We can also perform Clearances after the removal of asbestos containing material. We can perform personal air monitoring for employees and monitoring in the areas of removal.(Nebraska Law requires an Asbestos Inspection on properties prior to demolition as well as notification to the State Department of Health.)
Home Inspections, Termite Inspections and Radon: We are experienced in performing home inspections. We utilize a 12-page check-list. The report is completed at the time of the inspection. Termite and Radon inspections can be performed upon request. Mold testing is also available upon request. Prices for the Home Inspections are determined by the Age and Square footage of the home. Termite inspections are $75 and Radon Inspections are $125 in addition to the Home Inspection Cost. Mold testing prices are upon request.
