Asbestos: We can perform personal air monitoring for employees and monitoring in the areas of removal.(Nebraska Law requires an Asbestos Inspection on properties prior to demolition as well as notification to the State Department of Health.)

Monitoring: Our presence can be an incentive for builders, manufacturers and suppliers to produce a better quality product. It provides a visual verification that specified activities are properly performed.
In-Process Inspections: If you require verification of dimensional measurements, testing, or compliance to established or specified standards, our personnel can provide skilled observations.
Sample Collection: Collection of samples by an independent inspection company is often necessary to verify the source and to preserve the integrity of the sample.
Laboratory Analysis/Testing: Inspection Associates, Inc. is associated with various laboratories. We expertly cover the details of handling, expediting, and shipment of any specimen. We excel in specimens requiring specialized testing and analysis requirements. After receiving the results of the testing, we will report the Laboratory results in an easy to read format.
Photography: Photographs can document the progress of fabrication, assembly, or construction of goods. They can be used to verify the condition of products, buildings, property, or any other goods or equipment. Photos can be transmitted via e-mail to insure prompt evaluation.
Expediting: If meeting a scheduled completion date for a project is vital to you, Inspection Associates can help. By keeping track of supplier progress, equipment breakdowns, manpower problems, and scheduling delays, we can help you keep your project or product on the "front burner".
Final Inspection: After the project or product is complete, Inspection Associates' personnel can visually verify that there are no obvious defects or missing parts, and that paint/finish complies with specifications.
Inspection Certificates: Inspection certificates can be issued after the inspection is complete provided all criteria have been met. Common certificates that we issue are: Weight Certificates, Certificates of Compliance, Certificates of Inspection, and Certificates of Completion.
